All cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of date of travel are non refundable. Booking dates can be changed, without penalty, subject to availability. If a tour is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the operator, a full refund will be provided, or the opportunity to change the booking date.
