Quicksilver Cruises:

For cancellations within 24hrs of travel may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the cost of the booking. On rare occasions, services can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should a cruise not operate for any reason passengers will be offered an alternative day of travel or a refund will be authorised. A change of travel date can be made to your booking without incurring any cancellation fee. The minimum age for scuba diving is 12 years. Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from diving.

Sunlover Reef Cruises:

Cancellations: Any bookings cancelled within 72 hours of departure will be subject to a cancellation charge at the tour operators discretion. A 100% cancellation fee may be charged for FIT passengers cancelling within 24 hours of departure. A 100% cancellation fee may be charged for groups (10 or more pax) cancelling within 72 hours of departure.

Out & About Wine Tours- Swan Valley & Margaret River Specialist:

100% cancellation fee may apply if cancelled with 72 hours prior to departure.

Crocosaurus Cove:

No show or cancellation within 24 hours of arrival is equal to 100% of entry.

Captain Cook Cruises (WA):

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Rottnest Express:

Zero to 24 hours (including no shows) before travel = 100% cancellation fee 24 hours to 1 week before travel = 25% cancellation fee More than 1 week before travel = 0% cancellation fee applied by the tour operator.

Outback Ballooning:

Cancellations Passengers will not be given a refund if they: • cancel their ballooning tour within 24 hours of departure • “no show” on the morning of the tour • suffer “cold feet” on the launch field No fee is charged for cancellations more than 24 hours before the flight.

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. A copy of your tourstogo.com voucher must be presented to the driver at your first stop - the driver may refuse boarding if you are unable to supply a copy of your voucher.
